Soulbaking


Baking and cooking for guests to come, bread, marmelade like apples and grandmas fishcasserole.

Bread: 50g yeast, 5dl liquid + spices (ex water, milk, honey, coffe, salt) 10-15 dl flour + extras ( any flour, preferably a bit of "special flour" for the extra growth, and extras such as nuts or rice or bran. Let be for 30 min, if you have more time, its also possible to use the dubble amount of liquid and dubble the time till 60 min.

After 30/60 min, process it with some more flour and make whatever shape you like, then let stand for another 30/60 min untill you put it in the oven for about 20 min in about 200c. All depending of what you put in the dough.



Caserolle: Layers of dill, fish, oliveoil, potatos and tomatos, in iron caseroll. 1-2h depending on amount and thickness of ingredients. Gorgeous!
